Everyday, bring your water bottle, dress in a layered fashion and wear GOOD  running shoes. If it is raining we will meet at Schuyler Flatts. If it is VERY windy, raining extremely hard and/or lightning we will reschedule that day.

Note: It's cooler out in the mornings.  You should be bringing hats(or something to cover the ears) and gloves.

Mon 4/20: Meet at Schuyler Flatts.  Our first Timed Mile.
