Running Schedule
*Everyday, bring your water bottle, dress in a layered fashion and wear GOOD  running shoes. If it is raining we will meet at Schuyler Flatts. If it is VERY windy, raining extremely hard and/or lightning we will reschedule that day.


Note: It's cooler out in the mornings.  You should be bringing hats(or something to cover the ears) and gloves.


Week 1

Mon 6/23: Meet at Schuyler Flatts.  Our first Timed Mile.

 Wed 6/25: Meet at Schuyler Flatts.

 Fri 6/27Meet at RPI Track.


 Week 2

Mon 6/30Meet at Schuyler Flatts
Wed 7/2:  Meet at RPI Track
Fri 7/4: Meet at Schuyler Flatts


Week 3

Mon 7/7: Meet at Schuyler Flatts

 Fri 7/11: Meet at RPI Track 


Week 4

 Mon 7/14: Meet at Schuyler Flatts.....timed mile

 Wed 7/16: Meet at RPI Track

Fri 7/25: Meet at Corning Preserve, trail head in Watervliet


Week 6

 Fri 8/1: Meet at Corning Preserve, trail head in Watervliet


Week 7

Mon 8/4: Meet at Schuyler Flatts

 Wed 8/6:  Meet at RPI Track 

 Fri 8/8: Meet at Corning Preserve, trail head in Watervliet


Week 8

Mon 8/11: Meet at Schuyler Flatts

 Wed 8/13:  Meet at RPI Track 

 Fri 8/15: Meet at Schuyler Flatts… final Timed Mile.
